After 2 years of trying multiple creams to reduce the look of darkspots on the backs of my hands, this actually works! I can't believe it. I wash my hands and scrub the backs with a stiff brush. Then I dry completely and rub a full squirt on the back of one of my hands. I spread it out and rub it in deeply. Its a bit sticky but that goes away fast. I've used it for a month and my age spots are already half as dark as they used to be! My jewelry looks much better without the spots. It hasn't affected my freckles, yet, but the age spots have faded immensly. I know in another month they will be gone. I am beyond thrilled. This Dr. graduated from Harvard and she really knows what is needed to fade the spots. I highly recommend this. I doubt it will work on moles, which I had frozen off by a Dermatologist. As for the freckles, perhaps another few months they will fade, too. Just be patient and keep using it.

This is my second order for MD Complete. I researched the best dark spot lightener and this was by far the best. I have the same lightening results for a fraction of the cost as I did with Tri-Luma, a prescription that was getting too expensive. The tiniest amount is needed and applied once in the morning and once before bedtime. I start seeing results within a week. What has made this product even better than my last order is the packaging...they made the bottle smaller with the same amount of ounces when it was in a larger bottle, which takes up less space for storing and travel! I also appreciate the lengthy shelf-life...over a year before expiration.

Can’t stand the smell of it. Wish it was non scented as I will not buy it again. Not sure it’s actually working anyway. The lift and firm cream has no scent which is perfect.

I come from a long line of women who get brown spots. I accidentlly ordered this product thinking it was different name. But I was pleasantly surprised. It cMe the next day....Even the 1st time I used it, I could see the dark spots fading. It smells a bit strong, but really seems to work. They may totally go away. I got this a week ago. Let's see what happens next.
