I upgraded my waterdrop water filter to this 8 stage system, and it has been working great, since I had a waterdrop system already, installation was easier, I re used the hoses that were installed already, after 3 months water tastes clean and crisp, no complaints.

Easy to install and after following instructions, the water quality was fantastic. It was clean and tasted great!

Install~ I installed this, after a 15hr shift) with zero issues! Scan the QR code & it gives options to arch a YouTube video~ install took 20min TOPS! The hardest part was getting unit onto screws (limited space for me). Make sure you have all tools ready to go! Water ~ let me just say that I live in the city & you can smell the chlorine!! I bought this mainly for my cats drinking water & houseplants. After I installed, let water run for about 3min. I poured myself a glass of water & IT TASTES GREAT! I’m pretty mad I didn’t buy this sooner! Don’t waste your money on anything else~ this is awesome Water flow~ no difference. I didn’t know if it should increase pressure??? Zero noise! ****NOT GETTING PAID NOR ANYTHING FREE FIR THIS REVIEW****

Love the taste of the water. Installation was quite easy, the only difficulty I had was connecting to my 1/4 faucet line.

I bought this filter in October for an in-progress kitchen remodel. The filter installation was easy, and I'm very happy with the filtration. When I was installing the included faucet on my countertop on Thanksgiving day, I found that the washer, nut, and quick-connect were missing. I contacted Waterdrop customer service via email, not expecting a reply due to the holiday weekend. I was very surprised that, within an hour, I got a personal reply from Karina in customer service. She was very helpful! She sent me a whole new faucet, and it arrived on Sunday, just two days later. Absolutely amazing service from Karina and Waterdrop, and the product itself is to notch. Great flow rate, 3-stage filtration, easily replaceable filters, and a high-quality metal (not plastic) faucet.

Very nice product, easy installation and very smooth taste in water. No odor, no rare color just crystal clear water. Very satisfied with this.

Great tasting water. Easy to install. The best thing about this product is the outstanding customer service if you need them at all. I needed to contact them to get a quick connect fitting and they went above and beyond to provide me all necessary resources. Will highly recommend.

I have always wanted to have drinking water straight from my faucet but living in rental I’ve been hesitant to make updates to the existing hardware. I pulled the trigger as I figured this would an easy project. When the product arrived, sadly the included accessories weren’t compatible with my building’s main and size. I reached out to customer service and they immediately understood the issue and sent me an accessory kit. This did the trick and I have been truly loving it! Water tastes great and the flow is amazing Rebecca has been a true champion with customer service. I rarely take the time to share feedback but this one truly deserves to be celebrated and shared. Not only that but they also sent me an additional replacement filter. I am truly happy and grateful. Rebecca, you need a raise! The quality of the filter is spot on, it’s functional, and it’s easily hidden under the sink.
