So thrilled with the laptop!! It is honestly like new. Aesthetically, it's in beautiful shape with no scratches or dings. It runs mint - it's lightning fast! Everything works as it should. It was factory reset when I received it and ready for use. Excellent sound quality and the screen has a gorgeous display with bright, crisp colors. Super easy to connect to peripheral devices and wifi. It's the perfect size - large enough to confortably use programs, but light enough to be portable. I can't believe this computer is 5 years old, it looks and runs like it's brand new! I really can't speak highly enough of this seller & product!

I was looking for a Mac to purchase for some entry-level music creation, mixing, production, etc - but also looking for something to just have for typical portable computing things I would find pretty inconvenient on a smartphone. Never owned a Mac before, so the choice fatigue was REAL. I purchased the 512GB storage, 8GB RAM model, and so far it is perfect for what I need. I have high standards for technology and performance, being in the IT field, and this laptop knocks it out of the park. The performance for what you pay for is incredible (and that's not to say this laptop is a budget system). The M1 chip more than keeps up with my audio workflows, multiple applications open, etc. MacOS is so optimized and balanced that you would never notice this device has 8GB of RAM. Initially I returned my first refurbished M1 air and got the new M3 air because I wasn't fully aware of what it was capable of. After using the M3 air for about a week, I realized it was actually TOO overpowered for what I am looking to use it for. Returned it, and got this refurbished M1 air. Bottom line, if you need something for light-to-medium creative work with amazing battery life, build quality, and something that just keeps going and going, this is a perfect choice. On to the refurbishing quality. It's perfect. The battery must've been replaced, because it has 100% health, which is awesome to see on a refurb system. The screen is perfect as well. Not even a micro scratch. Keyboard is perfect as well. All around, the system is like brand new. It was either VERY well taken care of by the previous owner, or the components were replaced to make it resellable. Either way, it's perfect in and out. Charger and cable included were aftermarket, however they are similar quality to the original charger, and work exactly the same.

This is one of the best laptops I can recommend. Its Great thats really all there is to say. I use this for mainly multi-media purposes. It is great at that. The M1 chip is a beast, needs no fans, and CAN do mild gaming. It sounds good and the picture quality of the display is what you'd expect; very good. Obviously since it's a mac its easy to use, and made well as it is solid aluminum. A timeless design. Its got basically a 500gb SSD so its got decent storage and its fast, but I also use a samsung usb type c flash drive thing for most my media to not max it out instantly. I really do like the track pad too, I normally am very picky about them and don't like most very much at all. However I have always liked the mac ones, and this is not exception is as really responsive and a good size. I got mine for around $700 or so and I could not love it more. I have it for over a year and a half with no issues! FYI there is only 2 type c ports and 1 headphone jack on this laptop

All pictures were taken right after box opened. At the time the product was deemed to be in Excellent condition. I purchased as advertised. Upon arrival product looked like it was not even wiped down. Deep scratches on back, visible finger prints, debris between keys, and HAIR. One piece stuck between touchpad and frame. Pretty gross in my opinion. Photos are included.

Great value, on an upgrade for a Mac!! Spotless, everything works fine! Am ready to do my next Turbo Tax, and able to use more modern software now!

Got this laptop last year as a high school senior and now I'm heading to college as a freshman. This laptop is amazing It came in great condition, especially with 95% battery health which is great for a refurbished device. First off if you're wondering whether this laptop is still good after all these years then it is. It has been able to handle anything I throw at it I usually have over 20 tabs open as a student and this laptop has been able to open multiple windows with many browsers. Next, the laptop has a great battery life which is easily able to last all day, especially after using it extensively. The keyboard also lights up which is great for typing in the dark and the screen is bright and colorful and high definition and the laptop is definitely usable in direct sunlight. Last the speakers and full and loud which is great. My only inquiry about this laptop is the fact that it isn't touch screen. To summarize this laptop is great in almost every aspect and its probably the best Macbook for its price the only problems are the facts that it can't run many games,m it isn't touch screen and for stem students, this laptop cant run a lot of stem applications but for everyone else this laptop is great.

Exactly as described. Item in Excellent condition. Good-not great battery life (86%) but still holds up very well. No noticeable dents, dings or physical imperfections to the laptop. All in all very happy.

So far no complaints I've had for about a week. The condition of the laptop was quiet great. If you're looking for a affordable Macbook Air this is a good one for someone who wants a daily computer for browsing and affordability. I researched for hours before I decided what to pick. Shipping was quick . The size is pretty solid for space and its lightweight. I've always purchased used Macbooks but this is my first time on Amazon getting one and I am not mad.
