The quality is great and the length and reach options on this pole gives you extra space to reach a high window without getting on a ladder. This is a great value for the money as you get several different types of squeegees and a bigger fluffy scrubber so that you can scrub the window and then squeegee it right off without leaving streaks. It works well indoors or outdoors.

Loved it worked great on cleaning all my outdoor windows and patio sliders . Having the adjustable handle was perfect since each window was a different length . I needed full length for the patio windows and only one section for the smaller windows . I am 5’4”

It is a decent item, my only issue with it is when the item is the locking mechanism easily comes undone, meaning that the head while designed to be straight or angled left or right will move with little pressure. Overall the item worked as I needed it to.

Really nice reach the middle of windows without tippy toes to do it. It works great on my John Deere cab tractor windows too. No more climbing on ladders or steps to clean the windows.

I was uncertain about buying after reading the 1 star and 2 star reviews. But I am glad that I bought it. It is light weight, easy to assemble, well built and span of blade is also enough. The blade is soft and flexible enough and did not to leave strikes. I cleaned a few windows and I am satisfied with the product. I did have issues at few times when the rubber blade was not removing water on panes and that was because of the angle of the blade. The best part is that, the angle of the head of squeegee can be adjusted in any direction and that fixed the problem above. Hopefully the product will last. The price is reasonable too. I am glad that I saved good hard earned $$ on window cleaning. I would give 5 stars as of now - will change if I notice any issue.

This is a fine window washer. It works as expected and seems to be of relatively good quality. The reason I marked it down is because I was looking for a washer that telescoped down to a short size so I could carry it in my vehicle. This was advertised as "telescoping" but the telescoping part only shortens it 4"! Not even worth making it do that. It's not something I can use as I intended, and it is falsely advertised. UPDATE: The seller has offered me a full refund because of my disappointment with how this telescoped, which is making me upgrade my review from a 1 to a 3.

Really like the swivel head. Perfect for a tall motorhome with a curved windshield.

I bought this mainly because it was reasonably priced & it works just fine. I do question the quality somewhat because putting it together, was awkward, but I managed quite well, without instructions.

This is an inexpensive squeegee. So I didn't expect it to be of great quality. It's not sturdy. Feels feeble and the head constantly rotates out of position. This is almost like a disposable tool. Technically it work and I was able to clean my windows better than by hand and rag. The only real question is how long will this last. Now I only clean my outer windows 4 times a year. So this might last the full year. This tool is far too messy to use indoors. After some thought, I might as well keep it. I can't endorse it or caution against it. You decide.
