i'm not one that generally likes the berry flavors, so this was a great alternative to those for me. plus, it's not got the sugar, salt, & other stuff that's not so great for you in it. it's really the only one i've found that's not berry flavored & is sugar-free & doesn't overload you with salt & tastes good. i've tried both the individual packets AND the canister version. my ONLY semi-complaint is that there is so much wasted space in the canister. it may have 45 servings worth of powder in it, but when you open it up for the first time, the canister is only about half full. so, they could probably save money by putting it in a smaller canister, OR by filling this size canister up for more servings. -2¢

Good products. In English and German? No nutritional facts like carb count . Flavor is mild. Kind of blue raspberryish

I love all biosteel stuff. but lemonade is gross. This said "ice" Which i have never in any drink seen lemonade referred to as "ice", but its literally just lemonade. Super gross surprise as i despise lemonade. If u like it thats great but just know that by ice, they dont mean ice like a redbull c4 or celcius ice, they just meant lemonade df

I was buying the individual pre-made servings of this at the store so opted for the powder to save money. I am glad I did. It is delicious, tastes exactly like the pre-made one and I have saved so much money this way. I live in a very warm climate and it is very hot while working out so I have been drinking this during my workouts. Thank you Amazon!

Taste is great. No weird after taste. Hydrates you and best part is NO SUGAR or weird additives.

words can't describe how much i LOVE this flavor, and yet i can't exactly describe the flavor (Ha!) and the taste is so strong; you can mix 3 scoops to a gallon of water and it still tastes great the fact that this has Stevia ONLY as a sweetener and Nothing else, seals the deal for me..i'll buy this till i die

I suffer from severe chronic dehydration, but also have diabetes due to pancreatic atrophy. Finding a mineral supplement with hydration that tastes good was a feat. Look no more because this is the one. Tastes great, no sugar and does the job to keep me out of the ED for transfusions every week. Great pro

Did not like this flavour atall. I bought the big size and just finished it today. Will not be buying again. The best flavour imo is the blue raspberry. Doesn’t taste sweet and has great flavour. This one tasted sweet and just odd. This one turns a yellowish colour when it’s been sitting in my bottle for a couple hours which was a huge turn off for me. I like to add the blue rasp one to bubbly water, if anyone is looking for drink suggestions :)

I am training for my first half marathon right now and this stuff has been a game changer. I will often drink it when I wake up in the morning too, to start my day off with a boost of hydration. Perfect for people who are very active and suffer from bouts of dehydration. The white freeze flavour is delicious and refreshing. Personally I prefer to water it down to a milder taste. I like that I can use as much or as little as i want. I’ve tried a few flavours so far and this is my fav so far. I rly wanna try peach next. It is super expensive but my advice is watch the sales and pick a flavour that’s on sale whenever you buy. Sometimes certain flavours are featured at a good discount.

Decent product and I would have given it a 4 star if the taste was better. It was a bit on the sweet side. Most likely won't buy again as there are other better products out there.

Buyer beware for people that care about not putting chemicals in their body. Bio steel drinks in the containers don’t have Taurine in them but after I tried to save some money and buy powder, I realized that this powder is made with Taurine. This is the popular chemical in energy drinks just FYI.
