Feel the burn!
You feel the burn immediately! Love the curve in the track. It makes it feel more natural than the straight bars. I like that its just your own body weight. Padding and set up is very comfortable. Size is small and compact. For the price. I would say its very worth it. So east to set up. Good ab work out without having to get on the ground

Love love love! The product comes mostly assembled, but also doesn't come with assembly instructions, at all, for the rest of the pieces. We had to guess on how to put everything together, and look at the pictures, BUT it only took 15 minutes of irritation and guessing. Worked out fine in the end.

Is a great workout
I put together in about 15 minutes. There are no clear step by step instructions, so I looked at the screws, the two pins (one is shorter than the other) and saw where they all fit. That’s it. Build, The machine is put together. Size, I’m 5’ 10” size is good for me. Workout raises heart rate. Weight, I’m 70 and 185lbs. Luckily I have other pieces of home gym equipment and try to stay physically fit. Value , everything is built in China, the plastic parts and the foam will break down soon, but that’s what we live with today. All in all, I think it’s a good investment.

Good sturdy machine with questionable results
This machine feels premium, came well packaged and 'functions' smoothy. I have no concerns about the quality but I do not think this is a viable solution to core exercises. Maybe it's a personal opinion but I did 100 of these a day for a month and didn't see a difference. It doesn't feel difficult to use even after a lot of reps & a steeper angle. Do with that info as you will
