The Silicone Kitchen Reusable Jumbo Silicone Baking Cup, Non-Toxic, BPA Free, Dishwasher Safe, Jumbo, 12 Pack, White Blue Green

I purchased these nine months ago. I have not used them a lot, but I have used them several times, and they have worked flawlessly in my regular oven as well as my countertop hot air oven. The price on Amazon was good. They are easy to clean.

These are great; they don’t require to be put in a muffin pan. I made miniature pies; a big hit. I washed them in the dishwasher. The cherry filling stained the white one a little. I don’t care; they are clean and work perfectly. Love the size

Bought these to make cupcakes for my son’s birthday, then I use them often to also make buns, such as brioche buns or muffins etc.. I bake bread regularly, so these come handy. Stuff comes out without greasing or oiling the moulds, as they’re silicone. It’s easier for enriched breads as they contain some form of fat. But even regular buns or muffins that don’t have as much butter or oil, come out easy, if I allow a few minutes to cool off before unmolding the bread. I also bought a flat edged style of silicone moulds (other brand) that I use at the same time (see in photo. These cups are light colored ones at edges of my pan). The scalloped or muffin style edge all around, does tend to have bits of cooked dough residue stuck in, which you’ll need to scrub out, so I use a kitchen brush and dish soap, to get all out. Rinse and allow to drip dry on dish rack. They also fit your baking pan if need to, but they just sit on my cookie sheet and stand on their own during bake. I would buy again and recommend these if you bake regularly, and don’t want to use paper cups, or pans. It also allows for fewer or more than what a regular pan provides. I prefer not to put in dishwasher, as I notice silicone tends to alter color in dishwasher. But these can go in with all other dishes if you will according to directions.

I like them so much! Firm enough to stand up even on their own in the oven but flexy thin enough to flip inside out to clean the crevices easily. I make micro batches because experimenting a lot with recipes so the different actually serve a purpose for me too to keep track which version is in which color. Even though in general I like cohesive/ same colors in household items, in this application the color variety helps me. Might have to buy more…

Works well... very halogen with these
