DO NOT BUY: arrived damaged with a dead GPU
Paid $2,000. The unit shipped double-boxed and still arrived with a structural mounting point on the chassis sheared clean off, the PCIe bracket bent badly enough that I had to straighten it by hand to fit the card, dents across the metal, broken plastic fragments loose inside the case, and the top fan tray sitting completely unsecured on top of the components. Worse, the RTX 3090 was dead on arrival. No video output, motherboard's VGA debug LED lit. I confirmed it wasn't the slot or the cables by installing a known-good 3090 in the same slot, that one posted immediately. The included card is bad. Spent an entire day diagnosing a machine that should have worked out of the box. The product is listed as unavailable, so there's no replacement available, and support had no partial refund option. Full return was the only resolution. If the GPU is why you're considering this, buy the card on its own. You'll get a working one and skip the rest of this.

A beautiful build
How is this build any less than 5 stars? Lol at the dude whose review implied that the company is responsible if the customer has "already upgraded" every component, in the first 30 days of ownership. Why did he buy the machine in the first place? Had a minor issue with disconnected fan cables that I resolved by... connecting them back together. A beautiful, well-priced piece of hardware that I hope to enjoy owning for years to come.

Broken
Received it, opened it up and the whole front glass was broken out of it. Had to do a return on the item and it’s been a month and still haven’t received my money back.

Came broken and Amazon refused refund
It arrived broken and the seller told me I had to go through Amazon for an A-Z return but they rejected my claim. Now I am stuck with a very expensive paper weight.
