Good for patella support, absorbs sweat though.
I have patella tendinitis, this would slightly reduce the pain while working out, maybe activity more bearable. It does absorb a lot of the sweat though, and it a tad tricky to put on sometimes.

Too small
Far too small. Almost made for children

WAY TOO SMALL!
I went through quite a bit of effort to find the measurements of these straps before buying. My leg measurement below my knee is 38cm, so should have fit comfortably in the 30-43cm stated on the packaging. The strap only just made it around my leg and the Velcro was holding on by a hair. It’s likely that any kind of exercise more vigorous than a stroll would send it pinging off across the road. Poor show Nike 😕
