1. If you know someone that has installed one of these boxes before, that's the most difficult part out of the way. 2. I thought that once all the wires were connected correctly, the box would be more or less 'plug and play'. I was very wrong. 3. These boxes are made to get Android Auto/ Apple CarPlay working in a number of different cars, so you have to select the right toggle switch to get it working in yours. Sounds simple enough, again I was wrong. Thankfully, the person that helped me install it also has the same Audi A6 (C6) that I have, so he advised me which toggle switch to use. Every toggle switch combination that the seller was telling me to use didn't work, which was very frustrating. 4. Even with the right toggle switch selected, the screen would be all black (without any display). This required the seller to provide a software update link, for me to download on to USB drive, then connect to the Android Auto USB to update the box. Again this was advice from my friend of what was needed, the seller didn't seem to want to provide the essential update for me. 5. Then after struggling for nearly 3 weeks, when the Android Auto screen finally appeared on my car screen, I thought I had finally made it. Guess what, I was wrong. It took me a few more days to pair/link my Android mobile wirelessly via the WireAuto app. Somehow I managed to get over the 'this is a pile of rubbish I might as well put it in the bin and ask for a refund' stage and kept going. This product requires a lot of knowledge and patience to get it working, so decide yourself if you have both of those. I can't confidently say that the seller knew the product very well, however he was helpful (but also in China, so timezone differences created further communication delay problems). Price was good for what it was I suppose. If you decide to buy, good luck.
