One of my go to sides
This Cheddar and Broccoli Rice a Roni is such a great addition to any meal. One of my favorites. Ease of cooking: It is very simple to cook Rice a Roni and takes no more than 20 minutes. You can add additional vegetables or protein of your choice. I enjoy adding broccoli. Ease of preparation: Preparation is very easy. Just need some butter and water. I also like to add some minced garlic when cooking, it gives a nice flavor. Value for money: I paid $1.49 for this but other grocery stores have it on sale much cheaper. So just look around. Taste: I enjoy the taste of this rice. Not too cheesy but if you are a fan of cheese you can always add some cheddar cheese in at the end. Overall I would recommend this rice. If you haven’t tried it yet you’re missing out. Makes a great side dish or fine by itself.

It tastes cheesy!
I bought this just to try it, because I was tired of plain white rice. Most important to me was that I could taste the cheese and broccoli in it. It's a great side that can go goid with other food besides chicken.

ONE FULL OUNCE LESS than it used to be
ONE FULL OUNCE LESS than it used to be, but (SURPRISE!) also more expensive than it used to be. As a result, the old recipes using Rice-a-Noni as a base ingredient no longer work so well. Be aware of this and adjust accordingly. Good job, Golden Grain Company. Next step: offshore the whole dang business to China. Why not? Cheaper labor, cheaper product, but, hey, more profit.
