Will they work on 20mm thick porcelain tiles?

It cannot work on 20mm. The max. thickness of the file is 18mm.

Can wedges be brought for these separately? I brought some buy they were too small

There isn't wedges sold separately. You could try to buy the set "2mm kit", and you will get the 100pcs wedges, 300pcs tile spacers and one plier.

Please confirm they are 2mm spacers clios. On your photos it's showing they are 3mm?

How are the clips removed?

You just hit them with a plastic hammer and they snap off.
