Weaker Materials
I'm disappointed. I've run in Ravenna 9s and 10s. I've only been walking in my Ravenna 11s for a month or two and have experienced tear out in the heels on 2 pairs. I think the heel material is weaker and thinner than in previous versions of this shoe. I was excited when I first got these shoes because they were more stylish than they've been in the past and retained my heel better than the Ravenna 10s. This ability to trap a heel better might be part of the problem with the 11s. My recommendation is to save your money and not buy the Ravenna 11s.

First Brooks I had to return due to size.
I've been wearing Brooks for years now and always get the same size. This is the 1st time that I've had to return one due to fit problems. I was replacing my Ravenna 10's with these Ravenna 11's and overall these were tighter and especially so in the toe, which caused pain within minutes. I wish Brooks would leave their models alone for awhile instead of changing all the time as it makes replacing them difficult. For those reporting quality problems, I've encountered quality issues on probably half of my shoes, especially with the tread separating after only a little bit of use. Fortunately, Brooks has always been good with warranty replacements, so between the two pairs of shoes (the one I bought and the one they replaced them with), I get a reasonable amount of usage out of my purchase.

2020 model is not a reliable shoe
My son has loved Brooks shoes but this years model is a fail for him.The first pair was purchased on June 21. The wear and tear by July 15th was so shocking that I just figured it was a defective shoe.Purchased two more and 4 weeks later both pairs are worn out.Last years model shoe averaged 300 miles, this years less than 200. He used alternating pairs and ran the exact same areas as last year. Will not be buying this shoe again.

What happened?! Not the same design as previous Ravenna shoes!
Brooks Ravenna changes my relationship with running. I have worn them since Ravenna 6 and have loved them. My Ravenna 10s were just as good at the 6s. Something changed with the Ravenna 11s though. The tow has become extra narrow and the tongue is half the size -which is too narrow and uncomfortable. The size is the same, but the design changed. I have not run with these yet, but walking I can already tell high mileage might not be a good idea. I worry about losing toe nails with these shoes honestly. Heard Brooks has since discontinued the Ravenna model which has crushed me.. but this design change is a clear reason why I would understand discontinuing them. I would NOT recommend the Ravenna 11's. It's a shame they didn't fit the same as the 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10s... I will have to look for a different model very soon.

Defective materials, manufacturing.
Have worn brooks for a few years had Ravenna 10’s that we’re ok only lasted a little over a year. Even then I had to glue the sole that comes up over the toe down. And the soles themselves wore out in a little over a year.I had a pair of Adrenaline GTS15 for a couple years. Now the Ravenna 11’s I have had since Sept. 26 2020 not even 3 months and the left heel is gone. Seems to be a recurring problem. What’s with brooks? Very disappointed.

Medical lifesaver for those with flat feet
It's my first day trying out these new shoes and these are good shoes. It seems pretty durable enough to withstand any standard warehouse work. I'd recommend it for anyone who actually cares about doing Amazon type warehouse work as quickly as possible. Although, only do it if you care. In warehouse work environments your paid by the hour, so their really isn't any incentive to finish it quickly, unless you want to head home early. The shoe is pretty pricy for the price tag, but it's well worth it for people with flat feet, as your going to saving a ton of money in future medical bills from wearing the cheaper shoes that aren't friendly towards flat feet. The general rule for shoes that I follow is that the more expensive the shoe, depending on what kind of brand it is, the higher quality it is.You may or may not be able to purchase these shoes from Nordstrom Rack for a steal, if you want wait for a long time. I honestly wouldn't take the chance, because of Amazon's new Delivery Pickup feature where you can pick up these items from a Whole Foods Market grocery store near you. Thus, you don't have to pay for the extra cost of shipping. I wouldn't normally buy shoes from Amazon otherwise, because the Delivery shipping option is the biggest red flag that I would be looking for. Amazon's high shipping costs is a real pain to pay these days. Can't help it if the US government taxes for shipping though among a variety of other factors. Conclusion on the purchase: Buy these shoes if you want to avoid the risk of getting medical problems arising from wearing poor quality shoes. There are some things in life you just can't cheat on. Shoes would be one of them. There are plenty of other shoes in Amazon's e-commerce website that you can purchase from with similar quality, so don't fret if you don't want these shoes. There are plenty of fish in the sea, when it comes to purchasing shoes. Purchase this shoe from Amazon for the sake of expediency, if other retail stores don't offer the shoes your looking for. Their going to be one of the first 9/11 backup companies to purchase products from, when inventory for a particular item is dry. In my opinion, it's not worth spending 30 minutes to an hour mulling over the cheapest price tag to purchase a high-end shoe, unless you have nothing better to do with your life. I would recommend the buy from Amazon, if you can't find it anywhere else.FYI, if you buy shoes from Amazon, don't forget to buy shoelaces from Amazon too. If there is one inconvenient truth I've learned it's that Amazon is your lord and savior when it comes to selling shoe laces. I've hunted for shoe laces for the past couple of years and I've grudgingly accepted the fact that I've had to like purchase shoe laces from Amazon 90% of the time. I don't know why, but Amazon is just a company where shoe lace sellers feel comfortable selling shoe laces. Don't ask me.

My new favorite running shoe
Switched from the Adrenaline’s, another Brooks support running shoe. The Ravennas are so much better if you don’t need tons of support. They are comfy and lightweight, and aren’t too springy or dense. Arch support is just right for my low arches. My run times have already improved since they’re so lightweight compared to the Adrenaline’s. Fits the same as my Adrenaline’s, too. Don’t recommend buying online though unless you know your size in Brooks running shoes. Better off buying in a store first then re-ordering online for convenience.

Great runner, but fit is different from previous model
Great looking trainer, lighter and fit was ok.Took a few runs to get the lacing configuration and fit on feet right. Fit is slightly different, last pair I was able to throw on and just run.Much happier in them now that I wave had a few runs in them.

Disappointing trainers
Right trainer was very uncomfortable. Kept digging into back of heel when running. Not enough padding or protection. Very disappointed.
