No good for metal.
Would not recommend in a die grinder. Might work okay chucked up in a drill. Tried 3 different wheels and within 5 seconds each one is toast. I’ve used many different die grinder abrasive wheels and these are by far the worst. Might be okay on wood, but you can see in the photo how it holds up after literally just touching metal.
