Great quality, I recommend
I’ve been wearing the Jobst Relief knee highs for a while now, and they’ve honestly made a big difference in how my legs feel at the end of the day. The compression is just right—supportive without feeling too tight—and I notice way less fatigue and swelling, especially after long hours on my feet. They’re also surprisingly comfortable and easy to put on compared to other compression socks I’ve tried. Durable, reliable, and worth every penny for daily use.

Almost instant relief!!!
Almost instantaneous relief of my calf, ankle, and feet pain. A knowledgeable friend said buy Jobst brand. She was right. The quality is second to none. When I took them off for the night, there was no sign I'd even had them on. No itchy red deep indentation...but don't let that make you doubt their power. I only wish I'd bought these years ago. I've suffered needlessly for nothing. I don't have medical issues, just varicose veins, especially around my ankles. I'm retired, in my 60s, I sit a lot. My legs hurt sitting or standing or walking. This was relief in a few minutes. Kind of hard to describe but it's like your calves and ankles relax from having support. I'm proof you don't have to be in your 80s to need some help. But Grandma knew something I didn't. I didn't want to take them off for bed, but my understanding is that you should. There's only three things left to say: my friend said better to air dry them. A hot dryer isn't good for them. Second, it takes a fair amount of effort and strength to get them on, especially the first time. Take your time, work them up slowly from the bottom. It also takes patience and effort to remove them. Rest if you need to, get someone to help if you need to. Anything that helps this much is worth it. I had the middle range ones. And finally, I ordered the thigh highs. My friend says those are even better. I can't wait to try them. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I rarely write them. So you can know from that alone that this is something impressive I feel passionately will help a lot of people. These arent cheap, but, you get what you pay for, is extra true here.

Not one size fits all
I have lymphedema, which fortunately, has been well-controlled with Jobst custom compression socks. I decided to give these generic Jobst socks a try to see if I like them. Measure your leg dimensions carefully, because this item is non-returnable. These socks do a good job of compressing my lower legs and feet, keeping my lymphedema under control. However, the foot length part of these socks are made for someone with size 5 feet. The heel portion of these socks just reaches the arch of my size 15 narrow feet. If I pull the socks any tighter, my already bent hammer toes just get even more cramped. My custom Jobst socks include silicone dots around the top, inside part of the socks to help them stay pulled up all day long for several miles of walking. These generic socks don't include that feature and so they tend to creep down my calves with as little as a mile of walking. My custom socks cost about $400 per pair, but insurance helps out a lot. These generic socks look nicer. I wish Jobst made these for feet as long as mine so they'd be more comfortable for me.

These are the real deal
It takes to buy a "brand name" sometimes. These are way too expensive, so I only bought one pair, but they are worth their price. The compression is good, but not uncomfortable and my legs felt very good. The swelling stayed low all day. They are pretty hard to get on and off, even despite the pictorial instructions that came with them, so I had to figure out my own way to do it. At least they came in a real box, with labeling, and instructions. They looked authentic and had information about the manufacturer. JOBST is definitely a well known name.

Pricey and odd fitting
I have worn many pairs of compression socks as I am on my feet for 12-24 hours in my line of work and these are simply amazing at maintaining blood flow while minimizing swelling in feet and calves. That being said, this brand is very oddly shaped. It was too loose in the feet and ankles, and slips down mid calf despite not rolling down. I have never had a pair fall down like this, especially when below the knee joint where there is no movement to cause it to roll. The compression is not even throughout the sock, and I suspect that the uneven compression is why they fall down. I did order the correct size, and as I already wrote, I wear compression socks daily for my job so I am well familiar with how to wear them, care for them, and correct measurements. This pair does not hold a candle to any pair I have, and was pricey to purchase. I have about 7 pairs of closed-toe and 3 pairs open toe, and I rotate them through and not one other pair is like this.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Compression Socks – Built to Last!
I’ve been using JOBST Relief Knee High Compression Socks for years, and they are simply the best quality available! Made in Germany, these socks provide excellent support, fit perfectly, and truly make a difference in comfort and circulation. I’ve tried cheaper alternatives, but they barely last a few washes before losing their effectiveness. JOBST, on the other hand, seems to last forever! If you want reliable compression socks that hold up over time, don’t waste money on inferior brands—just go with the best! Highly recommend! 👌🧦🇩🇪
