After our first bottle we enjoyed it so much we've bought two more and also have given it as a gift to five friends and family. 100% great reviews from everyone including one who has already used their gift bottle and bought another. So what's unique about Zahara for us? It's the fresh, light green grassy taste. It's considerably more expensive than the variety of other olive oils we buy so we're frugal and use the Zahara just for salads, dipping bread, etc. and not for cooking. No doubt it would enhance dishes that don't have strong competing tastes but that's too rich for our needs. My (Sicilian heritage) wife and I like it so much we have a little olive tasing ritual where we put four or five in bowls for dipping and comparing. Friends and family know bringing us olive oil from their travels is always appreciated so we have lots and we use lots. There's a Costco olive oil (they sell several) that costs much less and it's our second choice but nothing else really matches our taste as well as Zahara. I hope it stays available.

The most delicious olive oil that I have ever tasted!! I could literally drink it! I was telling my father in law how luscious it was. He’s a first generation American. His parents came over from Italy. He asked Me to order him a bottle. I took it to him and told him to try it. A couple of days later I went over to visit my Momma and I asked My father in law if he had Cooked anything with the olive oil. He said he didn’t want to waste it cooking with it😂 He said he puts chopped up garlic in the oil and eats it with good bread. He called his three sons to brag on the bottle that I bought him💗 I may have started something but the oil is that GOOD…

Healthy and tasty. I largely used this oil as part of a salad dressing in addition to taking it straight for it’s polyphenol benefits.

Good but I expected a little more peppery taste to it

My wife and I have enjoyed tasting olive oil from all over the world. We could not believe how smooth and buttery a particular Tonda Iblea-based olive oil from the Chiarmonte Gulf was. This made us curious to try every Tonda Iblea-based olive oil from the Chiaramonte Gulf as we could - and these are not easy to come by online and even harder in our local specialty food stores. Frantoi Cutrera tastes good - but not quite as buttery/smooth. Spedalotto has more of a green tomato-ish taste. It's not bad but more forward in taste. Pianogrillo is quite smooth and buttery. Zahara has that great smoothness and butteryness too but is 100% TI which I like. I put this on toast and have removed butter from my diet. She replaces butter with this oil in all her cooking. Zahara is our favoriate. In addition to that, it's easier to buy/no hassles. One of the web sites that sells a different brand often limits the quantity we can buy, there is usually at least one broken bottle of something in our box, and the shipping costs are high. We feel very fortunate to be able to get Zahara via Amazon in a very easy way and the taste is terrific. For Christmas in 2022, she gave me a set of olive oils from different regions of Italy curated by Giada DeLaurentis. A very nice gift, and we blind taste-tested them. I purposely did not re-order Zahara so we could use up the ones she gave me. One day I look in the cabinet and what do I see? Zahara. She did not want to use the other oils - that's how different Zahara tastes to us. This makes a great gift for someone who cooks or someone who really should get off of butter for health reasons and the packaging is very nice / very gift appropriate as well.

Arrived in perfect condition in gift box. Beautiful color and deep olive taste. An excellent choice for our annual pizza party

Este AOVE tiene muy buen color, sabor intenso y afrutado con un punto de picor, y buen aroma nada más abrirlo. Es italiano y la presentación y la botella está muy bien incluso para regalo. Quiero destacar que su vertedor es muy bueno, puedes controlar lo que sirves muy fácil, incluso un hilillo fino de aceite, que no he podido lograr con otras botellas de aceites muy buenos pero con desastroso vertedor, no sale nada, lo mueves, golpeas, dos gotas y de golpe un chorro.

Parfum d'olives vertes, huile assez fluide de couleur verte, utilisée dans les salades et pour cuire de beaux filets de viande blanche à la poêle. Les huiles d'olives de supermarché n'ont absolument rien de commun avec ce produit, même si l'on achète la plus "chère" du rayon. Vu son prix, je vais essayer de la faire durer avant d'en racheter ! Très bon achat.

Was ein leckeres und geschmackvolles Olivenöl. Habe ich auf Sizilien in einem Restaurant kennenlernen dürfen und war sofort begeistert. Meiner Meinung nach eines der besten Olivenöle die es gibt.
