20 PCS Cross Pipe Clamp Connector

I have pony fencing around my pony and he was stomping on it with his hooves and breaking it loose from the welds I was able to put these on, which will be very strong and hold up for him. It’s less expensive than getting it welded, and it felt really good to fix it myself, I would highly recommend them.

We were looking for something to bolster the aluminum pole frame of our hoop greenhouse, and came across these brackets on Amazon. The frame's aluminum tubing is 3/4", so we opted for the 1" braces, which the listing said would accomodate 3/4" to 1" pipe. They are a little big for the pipes, but still work. The brackets are sturdy and will hopefully strengthen the cross joints. The biggest issue is that they face outward when used on the cross joints. They hold the joint well, and provide a large enough opening so the bolt that holds the 2 greenhouse pipes together can go through, but the two bolts on the bracket face the greenhouse cover and can tear through it. We decided to get florist foam and pressed it down to cover the exposed bolts, so the foam rests against the plastic greenhouse cover. A pool noodle cut into small pieces would also work.

Delivery was quick and the box actually contained all the connectors and nuts to go with them. No missing pieces. The connectors work perfectly for what I needed them for.

If you have perpendicular pipes, this works well joining two pieces together. I used on 1 inch PVC and hold great.

Good quality product. I crossed 3/4” EMT with 1/2” EMT. I can see where 3/4” x 3/4” could be too small.

At first, I was bummed when I was using these. I thought they would hold better. Instead, they were fiddly and kept slipping off, when I had them hand tightened. It all changed when I took out my sturdy 14mm long barrel socket and ratchet. Then they clamped down like the beasts they are meant to be. I was surprised by how poorly they did with significant hand tightening—they didn’t slip, but they allowed the poles to twist all over the place, so the constructs felt very shoddy. After using the socket wrench, though, the constructs were much stiffer. I prefer these to the end to side type; those aren’t nearly this stiff when locked down. I wish there were a three way corner version of this, instead of having to stack two atop each other to accomplish that. But for cross bracing, these did a magnificent job. I was making 10 ft high tomato frames for my raised beds, and they could not be moved without levering all over the horrible corner three way connectors, until I bought these and added cross bracing—and tightened them down hard. It definitely makes the construct sturdier, but also pricier, unfortunately. Still, a good product that I will likely buy again.

The quality seems fine but they did not fit 3/4 inch pipe. They were too small so we had to return and order a different size.
