Pressman Checkers -- Classic Game With Folding Board and Interlocking Checkers, 2 Players

I knew they were making games cheaper but this was ridiculous. The top lid was fine. The bottom box was made out of the thinest cardboard, like a shirt wrapping box. The game board looks nice but is very thin. It does lay flat but if kids were handling this it would be bent/broken and in the trash within a year. The checker pieces are thin and do not stack well. They do stack but while playing, both my daughter and I had the upper piece slip from our hand while trying to stack and knock other pieces off the board. This is pure junk. Why the 5 stars? So this wouldn't get buried. Can you play the game? Absolutely. Was it frustrating? Yup. I would gladly spend a few more bucks to get a product that was better quality. I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift. It's that bad.

Nice quality

I bought this game to play with my children, and we loved it. The board is large, the pieces are easily distinguishable by color, and the dice are a good size. Games can be quick or long depending on luck, which makes it very exciting. It's perfect for 2 to 4 players. A good option if you're looking for a simple but very entertaining board game.

Quality is acceptable but they are smaller than I remember dominos being. We've had fun with them though. Brings back childhood memories

It's hard to beat a good 'ole checkers game ! I WOULD recommend this product!

Cheaply made board but it gets the job done. Probably won't last long tho.

Great for the money, kind of small & cheap but we wanted black & we are happy with the price! And they are wood.

Loved the simplicity of the game and it’s easy enough for my whole family. I loved that this has a spinner instead of a cage because it stores great with our other games.

This was the exact same set that we used to play rummy when I was a kid. I recently surprised my mom with a new set for her birthday and she was super happy. It's thin plastic but it's durable enough, and the shape of the compartments make it easy for scooping out the chips. The card game is pure chance so it's great for family game time.
