Will i need to get an alignment after install?

Yes you will. Also, just a heads up, this is going to wear your ball joints out pretty quick. We installed this on two 2016 silverados. Within a year both had to have ball joints.

Will I be able to use stock control arms with this product??

No, you will need to replace with UCA for a 2-4” lift

Will i need to get different shocks/struts for this product before i put it on my truck?

No. This fits on top of the factory strut to lift the truck.
