not sure why you would want to but yes, but you need an 1/4 inch plug to rca adapter. they are really cheap. you can do either mono or stereo. hope this helps. are you using the stereo as an amp?

Good question, I recommended that you can connect your FX2000 on your mixer output send in mono left from your mixer input on left fx and connect from your fx2000 output left and right return input on your mixer neither your want use balance or unbalanced. Try to connect on that ways is the best for you. It's will mix up the sound when the signal return back into the mixer.
