How does this hold up to partial sun installation?

It should hold up fine I used it on trucks for line repair and I never had a problem with it

Through a 0.319 sq.in area it will be about 767 MPH (1125 FPS ; sonic velocity of air) and about 166 SCFM, but I wouldn't get anywhere close to the sonic limit for any practical design purpose. That's without any internal drag in the tubing , but <5' in air might slow it down 5%. The orifice or entry would be more important as the flow (discharge) coefficient could reduce the flow 25%. A radiused entry can give close to 100% of the cross section where a sharp edged entry could be 75%.
