I have 21 ear piercings. All but 2, I did myself before I was an adult. Back then it hurt like heck and took forever with an apple, ice cube, and sewing machine needle - now that's OG! Kits like this didn't exist for consumers and I didn't trust the teen employees at the cheesy mall jewelry stores. Recently I wanted to "fix" some piercings that were placed wrong or since migrated too low, so I used this kit to re-pierce new holes in the right spot. The pen in this kit is necessary so you can mark, check, double-check, and pierce in the exact spot you want. I did not feel the first one (other ear) and the other (#5 up pictured here) stung for about 15 seconds because it borders cartilage. No blood, no mess, super quick! They still aren't painful a week later and easy to sleep with. It's important to clean new piercings with Hibiclens in the shower daily and use saline spray twice daily too.

Super easy to use. I bought two pack so I can get a feel of the cartridge before using it on my baby girl. She is 4 months. I waited till she is asleep and swaddled, then sanitized and marked one ear. I had to slowly press the cartridge and carefully align it with the mark, and then the spring kicked in, and the earring was in. Baby started crying, but by the time I picked her up she was already done. She nursed a little back to sleep, and I did the same with another ear-and again, she only cried for a few seconds. Now it's been a few days, no signs of infection. I put some saline twice a day and rotate the earrings-that doesn't bother her one bit. I am very impressed.The plastic piece that is holding the earring got stuck on of of them. But I just carefully placed my nail between the plastic pieces and was able to remove it without hurting the baby.This is amazing. Quick, clean, and painless even for a baby.The earring are a little long for the infant. They seem to rub against the skin behind the ears a little if not careful, so you want to make sure you watch and avoid any kind of pressure on the ears first few weeks, and I would definitely change the earrings for flat back once the piercing heals.

These were so easy I didn’t even know it was done!! Do exactly as it says. Line up your point to the dot and press. It will auto pierce before you even realize it’s done. I didn’t feel a thing

Easy to use.

I really like these do it yourself disposable ear piercing kits. The only downside to these is that the little plastic pieces that hold the earrings don't automatically fall off when you pierce your ear. So it does cause some discomfort. Every time I've had my daughter pierce my ear she always has to take the plastic clear piece off.

I have multiple piercings and I’ve used quite a few of these kits over the years, but these are by far the BEST I’ve ever tried! Usually there’s a little bit of a sting or a hot sensation when you pierce your ears, but this one didn’t even feel like a pinch! Even after the piercing there was no pain. If you have a low pain tolerance or you’re piercing a child's ears, these are the best option. They won’t even feel it!

Looks great, worked great. Pierced our 8 yr olds ears for the first time just fine.

I had an ear piercing at a salon just a few weeks before using this product and would highly recommend this product over the salon. The salon was expensive and I experienced some pain. This product was great and with the spring loading the process is very quick and NOT painful whatsoever. I highly recommend it. I have used it myself and with another using it and making sure you get pierce the exact location it is easier with another person.
