I thought this was loads of fun to put together---and I am not a child, or a senior, just a puzzle lover, and a space lover. Plenty of color in the planets and satellite, and great having them labeled, (especially Pluto! )but then comes the challenge, all the darkness of space. As an adult I was able to persevere with a smile intact on my face, but when I was a child, this would have caused some frowns of frustration, and taken longer. Being a Ravensburger puzzle the quality was excellent, and being just 200 pieces the size of the pieces was comfortable, even though it's just a 19X14 finished size. I wish they would do a 300 large piece puzzle of the Solar System with their large aproximately 20X27 format, or at least an 18X 24 format. A bigger finished size would have made this totally spectacular for viewing and admiring.

My 6 year old loves puzzles and this is perfect. It provides enough of a challenge that it takes awhile to put together but it is doable. It is a quality puzzle as well. The pieces are thick and can withstand normal use. They don't peel apart like some of the flimsier puzzles. We had an incident where one of the pieces was stepped on and bent, but it is still usable and that is fantastic. It didn't break apart or anything.

This is an excellent puzzle set. The pieces fit perfectly - all of them. The paper used is thick, sturdy and does not flake. The picture is awesome when finished, even better than the sales picture. This set took about two hours for my kids to complete (a five year old and a six year old). Very good for educational purposes, too. Made in Germany.

I purchased this puzzle for my 7 year old grandson. We gave it to him for Christmas and then helped him put it together. It was wonderful. He has several of the 100 piece Ravensburger puzzles and he enjoys them. This one was a challenge for him - and for me. As he is studying the solar system in school, this brings the whole topic to life and he really enjoyed constructing the planets. He needed a little help with the black pieces, but I am sure he will master them soon. It was a great tool for "bonding with Grandma."

My son tries to do this puzzle often. He gets the border and the objects done, but always needs help with the empty space. With 200 pieces there are lots of plain black pieces in there and if I were going to buy my son his first 200 piece puzzle again, I would go with something that had more variety. Otherwise a high quality puzzle just like all of our other Ravensburger products.

Great puzzle brand and subject matter with nicely sized pieces for my third graders. It took them only a few days to finish it. They worked in groups of 4. I gave each group 4-5 minutes of work time. They could have finished it sooner, but I wanted to extend their enjoyment! We had just finished a Science unit on the Earth, Sun, and Moon and were ready to begin a Solar System unit. They are eager and motivated to learn more after completing this fun, interactive puzzle. I will be looking for more 200-300 piece puzzles for my class.

Had so much fun doing this puzzle. Took us a good while. Maybe 2 hours or so. Did not rush and just took our time while talkin about the planets and how they are different and what makes them special. Would recommend for anyone just looking to have fun with the kids and enjoy a good chat about the planets. Puzzle pieces were not bent or had any missing always a plus.

I have nieces and nephews and I don’t want to rely heavily on technology to bond with them so I decided to buy this, and while they build I tell them about the planets and fun facts about space. Educating can be fun and this is the way to go!!

Es gibt viele Puzzlemotive zum Thema Sonnensystem. Dieses hier besticht dadurch, dass es nicht wie bei den anderen mit Planeten, Monden und technsichen Vehikeln zu überfrachtet ist, sondern auch Platz für die Weite des Weltraums mit seiner beeindruckenden Dunkelheit lässt. Die Größe von 200 Teilen eignet sich außerdem sehr gut dazu, es an einem nicht so kurzweiligen Nachmittag oder Abend als entspannende Nebenbeschäftigung zusammenzulegen [zumindest aus Erwachsenensicht!]. Also von meiner Seite eine ganz klare Empfehlung.

il faut savoir que ce puzzle est pour mon fils de 3 ans et demi! et oui plus il faisait des puzzle plus il demandait des gros puzzle! Il a réussi en 1 semaine la seule aide qu'il a eu c'est le temps! maintenant il est avec les legos. La seule chose que je regrette c'est de n'avoir pas pu le coller et le mettre en tableau. Mon petit garçon l'a défait "pour la prochaine fois" m'a t il dit! sinon le dessin les nuances de couleurs sont très bien définies. Je recommande
