In general, gets the job done. Applies just the right amount of pressure. Very comfy! Extra carry-on bag is useful. Make sure to check the type of power plug when ordering.

Massage element works well, though minimal ability to adjust so that the machine stays on lower/gentle settings for those with severe shoulder pain. Minimal heat which is very disappointing as the heat mode was the main reason for going for the more expensive machine, for pain relief. Well made & gives a strong massage.

Received this unit as a Christmas present from my wife, opened on Christmas Day to find it came with a us plug and no uk adapter. Finally got a uk adapter (which I shouldn’t have had to buy) and have finally got to use the massager. Very powerful but no setting to receive a more gentle massage, heat is poor.

Very pathetic product, stopped working after a couple of months. And there is no warranty provided.

I bought this product for my wife, who has suffered from severe neck pain. She has seen Chiropractors, Doctors, had Ex-rays, acupuncture, and the only relief was getting professional massages, which only offered temporary relief. After all the products I bought for her, I thought this might be a long shot, but why not try. This is the caveat, substance, and conclusion of the product. It worked, and it worked immediately. It is an incredible neck and upper back massage devises that penetrates more deeply into the pain points then any person could. It is effortless to adjust the devise on the parts of the one's neck and back that need the most help. Due to the massage balls, it works quickly. She used it for two weeks every night while watching television or lying in bed. Every time she used it, the pain was immediately gone within 20 minutes. Now she uses it once a week and only on a need to use basis. This story gets better, so I started using it, and wow, it is better than a massage. It is so focused on its massage balls for me and relaxing that I use it once a week for relaxation purposes. It is easy to use, plug it in and press on the buttons, with time I found which selection worked best for me. It is a solution and a product that is manufactured with high quality. I purchased this product after doing some research on similar products but honestly did not know what to expect. I had a severe neck and shoulder injury after an accident about 12 months ago and struggled to get any relief outside of localized massage by a professional. Usually in pain or discomfort most of the day from muscular tightness and reduced range of motion, I was getting desperate to find a solution I could use on my own where ever and whenever I needed some relief. This product arrived and was put to use immediately. I have been using the product for about 4 months for on average an hour a day. The Resteck delivers the results I need and has reduced my pain and discomfort considerably. It has also been reliable during this time with no issues or indications of failure. The quality of build on this product is excellent and the materials used are durable. I am not sure how they can make a product of this quality at the price point it is sold, I would definitely purchase it again without hesitation and often recommend this product to my friends and family, many of whom have tried it themselves as well. The Resteck design enables use multiple ways so it is easy to get to the right position or location you need. I use it all over my back and it works great for massaging your legs as well. The unit I purchased has selectable heat and multiple speeds which give you the flexibility of use for different needs. Just fantastic! It's so powerful for its size and the blue colour looks awesome. It doesn't heat up even when you use it for a while. The battery capacity looks okay so far. I don't have to charge it daily. But, I guess, I need to use it for a few more weeks to get a complete profile. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this beast to anyone.

Don't buy ,it get break in single use, and it's vibration is not constant, and battery is so bad it drain in 10minute of use.
