Miracle! Lived for months on (old) cephalexins and amoxicillin together, was killing my kidneys but only way to keep the infection in tooth-jaw from affecting heart. Too far and costly to get to oral surgeon. Better in the end, because refound menatetrenone form of vitamin K2. Years ago took vitamin K2 with cod liver oil. When I took vitamin K2 recently, it was a different brand and did no good, in fact hurt. Don't know why that menatetrenone was no good. Screaming, demanding prayers were answered with this product. About 25,000 mcg/day of this menatetrenone vit K2 (mk-4), with 50,000 IU (up to 100,000 IU few days) NOW vitamin A, 10,000-20,000 IU NOW vit D3, 900mg tocopherols from NOW advanced gamma E complex, 144mg magnesium from NOW Magtein magnesium threonate, and 600 mcg selenium from selenomethionine in Superior Source sublingual selenium lozenge, plus some eggs fried every day for the phosphorus. This gets all the fat soluble vitamins and the magnesium must be needed to keep side effects down. The selenium is to help with vit E. The combination immediately kicked in, haven't taken any antibiotics since. The immense pain went away, no need anymore to put tea tree oil on tooth to cut the pain temporarily. Kidneys feeling better. Sleeping heavy. Swelling in feet disappeared. Teeth smooth and plaque even going away. Dark circles around eyes seem less. Skin better. Blood sugar seems much better. Not as tired in afternoon. Bruising leaving fast. Heart not hurting much. Thigh muscles stronger (when not feeling side effects). Side effects were heavy at first. They fade away. Better to sleep very early every night for a time. Started the dose lower and worked up over a week. Also taking lime juice with stevia sweetener (liked the Omica lemon stevia liquid best - but now using green leaf stevia powder with equal weight raspberry vodka soaked in jar and just take out one spoonful at a time to mix into quart water with lime juice and sometimes acacia fibre or gelatin or best soluble bovine tracheal powder). The stevia limeade seems to make me feel better, also lemon squeezed into water at lunch. Would love to have great grass-fed and wild animal foods, healthy building to live in, clean water supply and low-stress so no need for supplements. Until honestly pays monetarily, we get stuck in sub-par places. Probably most Americans are living very sub-par currently. Maybe America is great like the TV blasts, but I see a lot of people without enough, not on unemployment because its expired, or needing to stay close to help loved ones and not able to take high salaries to do that. Most are lucky to get a hot plate of spaghetti or a hamburger once a day. Balanced just isn't on the budget, even if the grocery store did have fresh produce that looked nice enough to cook. No one can grow their own food without the needed tools and funds and health to start out with. Access to hunting is reserved for the judges and lawyers with connections - locals are effectively barred from public lands, even if they do have enough gas and a solid vehicle. Most families have half doing good in big cities or with property, and the quiet other half is hidden, surviving by the grace of God on very little and struggling. Lifestyle changes just aren't possible with unfair application of law and corruption at all levels. We don't mind giving someone cash to go have fun, but don't want to address the real desires to succeed that all people have. Yes, it is true that once they get ahead of you they look down on you - even if you are the one that started them on the right road. Seen it happen many a time to many folks. But its still the right thing to do. Anyhow, vitamins from grass-fed animals and non-gmo foods is a great ideal, but for the non-wealthy or very ill, this is works. The extra ingredients in these tablets make them hard to chew. Still they are very helpful, and thank God for an access to menatetrenone.

K2 MK7 gives me insomnia. Glad to have found a high dose MK4 version at a decent price.

This is the same brand and same potency I have been taking, but it is a better price. I will be buying it her from now on.

Wanted to take at least 1,000 ug per day. Equation of 100 ug per 1000 IU of vitamin D. I am taking one pill every 3 days - since it has a fairly short half-life.
