Is this the real product or a fake one?

This is a real product. We are the manufacturer of L'ANZA Healing Hair Color & Care. We work directly with Amazon to ship our products. Although we do our best to make sure unauthorized parties don't sell our products on Amazon, it does happen from time to time. The best way to make sure it's a real product is to make sure it says 'sold by Amazon' on the top right of the product detail page. Our L'ANZA logo also should appear on the top of the page, right above the product image.

If I use this product, then dry my hair with blow dryer, can I curl my hair with curling iron afterwards or will I fry my hair?

Yes you can. I dry my hair, as does my hairdresser and then she flat irons my hair.

Can I let my hair air dry if I use this?

I do. I use it with my leave in conditioner and let my hair dry naturally.

Is it supposed to arrive in a box? & Is it supposed to be 9/10 full? Mine arrived without a box like other Lanza products and the bottle was not full.

I remember mine coming in a plastic bag and wrapped in bubble wrap. No box. As for the amount, honestly I didn’t check.

Sehr gutes Haarprodukt

Ich habe dieses Haarspray gekauft, da ich meinen Haaren wieder so einen Glanz verschaffen wollte. Das klappt super gut hiermit. Nachdem ich meine Haare mit Hitzeschutzspray besprüht habe, glätte ich sie und trage dann das Keratin Spray auf. Das Endergebnis lässt sich definitiv sehen und die Haare kriegen nicht nur einen Glanz, sondern werden auch weich.
