This cleanser is great! It removed all make up and sunscreen leaving skin soft, not stripped. Non irritating, hydrating and no added perfume! Made in UK! Ticks all my boxes. I use is as a first step in double cleansing , works great!

I was looking to up my skincare game while making my life easier as I have matur(ing) skin. Even the most gentle of foaming gel cleansers generally require damp skin and seperate make up remover. I want to be done in a few minutes regardless of whether I am wearing make up (which is not often). This cleanser is pretty concentrated and a good massage in on dry skin helps it soak dirt away. I leave it on like a mask as I brush my teeth. Then I remove it with a reusable damp bamboo pad or warm wet muslin cloth (or both). It does leave a film of beneficial hydrating residue which is protective and non irritating on my combi skin. I follow with the q+a marine toner wiping off excess then serum and finally a moisturiser. The brand is punching above its weight with quality of ingredients and is definite value for money. Very satisfied indeed as my eye bags are less visible and my skin is smoother and plumper and can handle central heating and cold windy wet walks!

It's a great product for dry skin but: the balm is very oily so not for oily skin or breakouts. Also don't use it to remove eye make up as it will sting. I'm pleased with it but can't help remembering how it would have affected my combination skin of 30 years ago. I like the oat milk one better because there is no stinging and it is gentle not oily.

Cleans makeup well and leaves skin clean, smells amazing and skin is left fresh soft and moisturised. Great value so would recommend.

Firstly I want to say that I’m using sunscreen everyday, no matter what the weather is. Sunscreens can be removed only by clamsing balms and washkng gels/cream ect. it must be oil based. I don’t like using any miceral products for makeup removal too. I don’t like cotton pads too. using cleansing balms is beneficial for both that thing- easily rid of sunscreen and even waterproof makeup. The reason why I love Q+A is how gentle is for my skin, the size, price and of course how good it is with heavy foundations, waterproof mascaras, lash glue and long lasting lipstick. The packaging is great. you don’t need to put your dirty fingers inside, you can just squeeze the bottle. I really recommend this product for any type of skin, plus this is very good value.

This cleansing balm does not emulsify at all with water! It has a greasy residue unlike the other cleansing balms I've used, and it persists even when using a hot cloth. I would use the Inkey List or Sali Hughes cleansing balms over this one any day.

I’m really happy with this cleansing balm. It smells lovely and leaves skin feeling clean and soft. It removes makeup well. I think it’s good value for money and will repurchase.

This is really good for cleansing all makeup etc, smells lovely too. The only criticism I have is that it does leave a bit of residue on the skin which needs to be soaped off.

J'utilisais le baume SVR mais je suis tombée sur celui ci, moins cher et tout aussi efficace ! L'odeur d'agrumes est agréable et légère. La texture idéale et facile à étaler/rincer à l'eau claire tiède.

I use this cleansing balm to remove makeup and sunscreen. Then I wash my face with another cleanser. Then I apply a couple of drops of organic plum oil. My skin feels delightfully moisturized in the morning. The fragrance is tolerably "citrussy" and pleasant to my senses, howeve fragrance is an individual preference so some may not like it. This balm also works well for facial massage ASMR. I love the texture and feel of it.

It doesn't remove make well, has stickiness that won't wipe & wash off easily. Waste of money

Très bon démaquillant. Efficace même sur le waterproof. Très bonne odeur. Prix très raisonnable. Ma peau est très fine sensible, et je n'ai aucune irritation pendant et après utilisation. Je recommande +++.
