普段のフリーウェイトでは効かせられない体幹の鍛錬に効いているようです。you tubeには、強いゴムを使用して、張力に負けて倒れる痩せた人の動画が投稿されていてますが、強度的には、体重がたぶん70キロ以上ある人なら、もってかれる事はないと思います。普通に真面目なトレーニーの方々には強すぎると言った心配は不要です。スターターセットには、張力の弱いゴムが標準装備ですが、これはさすがに非力な女性や高齢者向けの弱さでした。

Very well-made high-quality solid piece of equipment. Multiple variations to develop many different muscle groups for many different sports. I've only had it just over a week and I'm using it almost daily, I incorporated into my periodic workouts but I often times will hook it into a door frame Just to practice other muscle groups while I'm watching TV or listening to music. Also comes with one of the highest quality door jam attachments I've seen or used as well as an ankle strap! The door jam strap is yellow nylon so it does not mark the door jam additionally what looks like hard black rubber on the left end is actually hard compressed foam which also does not leave any marks on any surface, I even tried holding it in my hand and rubbing it many times up and down side to side on a pure white door and it did nothing no mark whatsoever! Couldn't be more happy with my purchase and I've already ordered the other weight bands. One note of caution, depending on a person's level of fitness you may want to consider Chaison the optional, light band, or if you are in very good shape and are fairly big stature you may want to consider, heavy, extra heavy, or the double extra heavy band options. I have already ordered what TRX refers to as a four pack, which offers the light, heavy, X heavy 2X heavy in one bundle, great deal. Yes I've already ordered it for myself. I am considered in excellent shape for my age however at 5:11 and 155 pounds I am not big in stature and therefore some of the exercises for the smaller muscle groups, I cannot get full range action because the medium band is just too strong, that's why I've ordered the four pack, the light band will allow me to properly get full range of motion and I'm gonna stay confident that eventually I'll get stronger and will be able to use the more heavy duty bands. If you want to improve power and deep core strength and balance you will want this device.

Great item, very well made. It is on the pricey side compared to many knock offs, but quality is there, I-don’t regret the purchase.
