Are the key mark with the size? are only the holder?

Both are marked with the size. The size is printed on the side of the hex keys also.

Do the keys stay in the case, or do they fall out easily?

The keys stay in case perfectly. You have to push it out with slight force.

I'm novice to DIY, are these the tools I need to remove/put up towel racks, etc.?

This is one tool that you might use. Many towel racks use a small Allen bolt (hex head screw) to hold the fixture to a bracket that is attached to the wall. Another possibility is a small flat-head screw. If you are removing an old fixture, look around the edge of the towel holder to see what kind of screw is used. If it has a hex shaped hole this tool should work. New fixtures that use an Allen bolt should come with the correct wrench for that fixture. You probably will need a few other tools (screwdrivers, drill, measuring tape, etc) to install a new fixture.

Are these hex keys made in the USA or somewhere else such as China?

The hex set I bought does not have any origin markings on it, although the original package might have. Given the these are not marketed as "Made in USA," some parts might be made abroad. That said, these wrenches are better quality than many I have purchased in the past. They seem very well made to me.

These hex keys are almost commercial shop quality. They are strong and the chamfered edge is perfect. The black oxide finish doesn't seem to be the most durable, but it's fine for home use. The keys come with an oil coating so there should not be any potential rust at all. You can remove the oil easily enough with a quick wipe of alcohol. The holders/organizers are the best I have seen on these type of sets. They are beefy and rugged enough to hold up for years. They hold the keys tightly, they keys won't budge or rattle at all. Each key slot is marked with the size in large clear lettering. Pros: ------------------- + Strong keys + Perfect edge chamfer on the tips + Holders/organizers are durable, don't rattle and are clearly marked + Price on this set is excellent, good value for your money Cons / Considerations: ------------------- - Black oxide finish is not the best - Keys come with oil coating, easily wiped off with alcohol (not a con, just be aware)

Needed a set of hex keys and these came up on sale so I grabbed them - good value for the $10 paid. The fact they're long arm is a bonus, and the packaging is good as well - hung these nice and neatly on the back panel of my bench. Good array of sizes and good quality. Can't argue really for the price paid. If you're looking for a full set of allen keys at a decent price, then these are definitely worth getting. Very happy with them.

Best set I've used, I have several other brand names and these seem to be the best quality for the cost. I keep one set in the truck, one downstairs and have another low quality set I left at the office. These are strong, work precisely. The holster fits securely and the Allen keys stay inside when placed there and do not fall out. It's great to have both METRIC & SAE (standard sizes).
