I have been using these daily for 7+ years now and highly recommend! I have IBS and they really help improve my symptoms, especially the bloating. I only take one day and they still work really well (you can take up to 3 a day).

Good quality probiotic supplement. Easy to take and a great vegan option with added prebiotics.

I am so happy to have bought this probiotic. It has really helped my GI system. I used be bloated all the time, this has helped minimize that. I would suggest starting off slow, I began by taking it twice a day and by the 3rd day I was nauseous and vomited. I should have known better! I then, cut it down to once a day and after a good 2 weeks of consistently taking it with food, I was able to bump it back up to twice a day without any problems. I am very happy with this product.

Very effective when used with antibiotics to keep gut working

I have been taking these daily for a few years and I notice a significant difference in my gut. I am way less gassy and more regular.

I take this WITH an enzyme after almost (I forget sometimes) every meal. It alone helps a bit, but seems to work better with the enzyme. To be fair I only took one pill once a day, and the bottle says up to three times a day with food, so maybe it would have helped more if I had followed the directions. Yet, even with only one a day, it seemed to help - a bit. BUT...for one week, I stopped taking both, and my digestive issues came right back. Started up again, and things returned to normal - for me. So, while this is not a cure, it's helpful...and it's vegan. Work Well

I have used Deva products before and have always loved them. I do like this product... it works well, but it gives me heartburn. I tried switching to take in the morning, with a meal, without a meal... no matter how I switched it up, I still had heartburn. Nothing else about my diet or routine changed. I would buy this product again and other Deva products, but I'm also considering other brands for probiotics. UPDATE: The indigestion subsided after a few weeks and I no longer experienced it. Because of this, I would definitely buy again and I updated from 4 stars to 5 stars.
