Nordic Ware Platinum Collection Heritage One NW-80677

I was very confused what to choose for my cake especially when the cost is high. I decided to buy this Nordic ware finally after i read many reviews of other buyers. I can share my excellent experience of this product. It is one of best kitchen ware that you will ever buy! The quality is amazing, i can tell you that it is worth it and its life time purchase thats true!! I made my first cake i was very excited about it, its crunchy from the edges and puffy in and out. Wow i am very glad that i got it and for sure it can be one of the best gifts that you can give for your loved ones. It deserves 10 stars in fact and highly recommended purchase dont think twice about it.

I just got this and I can't wait to use it. It's a perfect size! I saw the directions already so I'm preparing everything. I hope my cake comes out as nice as the ones I saw in the pictures. Beautiful cakes! I'm hoping for outstanding results too like the other reviewers mentioned. Highly recommend! I'll update this once I make my cake. It looks like really good quality material too! Arrived on time and as described. Update: 31 August 2017- I just used it tonight. Cake came out great! But I used spray oil and flour and cake popped right out after cooling. But I think either I used too much flour or that was the wrong kind of spray oil. The top half of the cake came out white. But it was fully cooked. I tried to cover it up with lots of powder sugar. Not noticeable too much after you cut it, lay it down on the plate and eat it. After you eat it, nobody notices the difference. Update: 20 September 2017- I just saw a video recently explaining to use the Baker's Joy baking spray on the pan. They need to have this video on all of these pans they sell. And I was wondering WHY my cake didn't come out like the pictures and it was so WHITE looking. Of course it was white looking... that's because you don't use PAM on the pan and regular flour like I did cos I didn't know any better and was my first time baking in something like this. So I'm going to try it again in 2 weeks and make my birthday cake in this mold. But THIS TIME im using the correct spray for this so it doesn't stick and it actually looks like it's fully cooked. Update: 07 October 2017- I made another cake. This one came out perfect! I did use the baker’s joy spray. The cake popped right out the pan. No clean up mess either. Updated review 8/11/2025: After more research I believe my poor results were a combination of cooking temp and the dense batter I use for my cakes. In this heavier pan, I need to reduce cooking temp or use a lighter batter. The other issue with using a dense batter is that it may miss some spots in this design that has so many deep, sharp angles. So, for me, since I like the batter I use, this is not the pan for me, but it will work well for others. It’s beautiful, well-made, and should last for generations. Original review: I bake Bundt cakes all the time, so I finally decided to replace my thin aluminum Bundt pan with a real deal Nordic Ware. The pan is beautiful. I used baking spray, and the cake came out smoothly with barely a crumb left in the pan. The inside is perfectly moist and tender, but in order to get the inside fully cooked, the outside ended up too brown, and it’s tough. It’s not burnt, just too brown. I’m very disappointed in these results. I used a tried and true recipe that turns out perfect every time in my old cheap pan. I’m returning this one and ordering one of the Nordic Ware proform pans. My oven isn’t the greatest, so that may be a factor as well, since this pan seems to work well for many others. It’s super easy to clean. I hand-washed it with Dawn detergent.

This was definitely an investment item but the quality is there to match the price. The tin is heavy weight and robust. Cooked beautifully and evenly. Not leaving the first test run to chance I did use a release spray but it came out cleanly first try. I dare say there are cheaper options but this one was frustration free and I expect will last a lifetime.
