good for smalls dogs?

How small is small? For Sheltie/Westie small, I would go with the Small Zipflight. I'm not sure about smaller dogs.

Can this product be washed?

I've washed this before with all my other dog's toys and it made it.

I have 2 dogs and i would like one of each color. so they each have their own color. i received 2 green. how do i get an orange one?
