Love these simple head wraps. They are long enough to create various styles, colors and perfect and the material is durable.

For hijabis— the colors are beautiful, and yes these are on the thin side— think chiffon as far as translucency. But I actually appreciate that, because I’m going to be wearing these at school and in nursing clinicals, and I am glad these are thin enough to be wrapped securely without being too hot. You can definitely see through it just like chiffon if you don’t wrap it as a double layer, but the scarf is long and wide enough to wrap it just as you would chiffon. And it’s thin enough so that you won’t overheat. You don’t need an under scarf UNLESS you aren’t wanting to wrap a double layer. It’s comfortable tee shirt material, definitely can be used as Shayla hijab, easy to put on. Only concern is the stitching at the edge— I feel I might pull it out when taking off the clips I use but I have solved this by folding in the edge where I put the clip so it isn’t brushing against the clip when putting it on or taking it off. I might reinforce the stitching if I’m ever bored. I won’t be washing these on anything but cold and drying in a delicates bag on low heat. They seem like they’ll shrink if dried on regular heat. I’ll try to remember to update after a few months.

These Shayla’s are sooo pretty. Stretchy jersey fabric can be worn during all seasons. Vibrant colors, great stitching, nice and long, not see through. Soft on the skin. I love them. Definitely buying more!

1st off delivery was fast - very pleased with this! However, very first unwrapped cloth seemed to have been damaged by drops of an unknown liquid before it was packaged. Tried washing it out and it worked so that is the good news. Perhaps wash all before wearing? Hope other people have better luck and this was a one off situation. My first "damaged" item from Amazon. I would still recommend purchasing however due to number of wraps received - hopefully too that was the only affected by this liquid. Cloth approx 2.5ft x 5.9 ft in length.

I love the width, smoothness & the elasticity of the fabric. The thinness will make it a comfortable wear. However, when compared to the actual picture, they are not as bright/colourful as advertised. This was a disappointment as my purchase was based on the pictures presented.

I'm not satisfied. The wrap material are very thin and transparent. You can see through them. The colours are beautiful though.
