If you firmware update it WILL turn into a expensive paperweight. What ever you do do not use any software or firmware with this keyboard.

Unfortunately this keyboard stopped working after 7 weeks. My son saved his own money to buy it he wanted it badly. He’s very upset and apparently the seller has closed the option to return now. Very disappointing as at first my son loved it but is now very disappointed that he spent $110.00 on this. For this price should be able to return/replace still.

Keyboard is fantastic as well as the price but it wasn’t even on its feet, just ordered another one, hopefully it is even.

I bought this keyboard so i can take pics of my keycaps for my business and for some reason every time i try to pull the keycaps out, the switches come out with it, this has caused more work I think it’s fair for the price i paid for it
