can you wear these with scandels?

I wear sketchers sandals, which have a high arch support built into the shoe, and I do use the arch support in the Sketchers. They are comfortable but after wearing  the shoes with the arch support for a long time, ( I wear my sketchers to work everyday, to church, everywhere I go), the edges of the arch support get sticky and curl up around the top and bottom edge. I take them out and put a new set in. I have had planter fasciitis and am really afraid of having it reoccur. They work great with my sandals!

Are they solid or hollow? If curved and not solid will just collapse after a couple days use

They are not solid. Sort of gel like, but feels like comfy material over top. Mine have lasted a few months with wearing at least 5 days a week. They are removable also. Peel & re-stick slowly.

Can you take these off and stick them onto other shoes? Thanks

I have done it, but not often. I have also rinsed them by hand to remove sand, and they stuck back onto the shoe well.

How thick is the arch area of these supports (how high?)

There are 3 sets. They are soft, about 1/2” thick. I wear orthotics. I just spent a week in Mazatlan, MX. I added the clear ones and the blue ones on top of my regular orthotics and underneath a thin rubber pad for extra support walking on uneven pavement including cobblestones. The set that appears grey is kind of fabric covered instead of the smooth “plastic” of the other two. I was able to put them backwards about my big toe joint for cushioning. I wore Skechers with a stretchy upper part. I was very pleased with these. For me, they aren’t high enough alone, but added to my $300 pair for all that uneven surface walking they were wonderful. Rinsed off with soap and water. I think I’ll get a few months use out of them. Hope this helps.
