I added it on my weight gain journey. It helps me beyond my thinking. I'm underweight female person haven't any health problems even don't take any kind of medication. I tried many medications to get proper weight but that failed cause finishing their medications I lost my weight while doing exercises. After taking this I'm gaining my weight continuously. I didn't have any side effects for this item. Even didn't lost weight what I gained. while taking this sannyasi ayurveda tablet, I continue my exercises and proper food as it makes you hungry like wolves.
