30年前、北米の大学で景観園芸を学ぶ際に大学から支給されて以来ずっと一緒のFelcoちゃん。 昨年、不注意で刃を欠いてしまい さらにスプリングもかなり錆々だったので、こちらを見つけて即決購入しました。 久しぶりの解体でしたが、背面に分かり易い説明も付いていたので無事交換出来ました。 新しい刃の美しさにウットリです(笑) 大学の教授に一生ものだからね、と、言われた通り、死ぬまで使って出来ることなら棺に入れて欲しいくらいの愛用品なので、何十年経っても部品を提供してくださるFelco社さんには感謝しかないです。

Great! Perfect fit with my Felco 2 pruners. This came with a tool for disassembly/reassembly that worked very well. It didn't function well as a screwdriver when removing the regular head screw, but that wasn't a big deal. I just used a regular screwdriver. It came apart easily & when the pruners were completely disassembled, it allowed for thorough cleaning & oiling. I've had these pruners for 38 years & with the new blade, they are working just as well as when I first bought them. I was a bit surprised by the prices of the replacement blades & the cost of new pruners. The blade cost nearly as much as the pruners did 38 years ago ($27.00), but it's well worth it to replace the blades. These are simply the best pruners available. The Felco 2 is the perfect size for my hands & they're economically designed for comfort during use, even on thick, heavy branches.
