Revant Replacement Lenses for Oakley Fives Squared OO9238

This review is specifically for the Stealth Black Polarized lenses. I must admit, I was quite skeptical about purchasing these replacement lenses for my Oakley Fives 2.0 Special Edition Ducati frames especially since my original lenses were polarized. I purchased the Stealth Black Polarized lenses and didn't expect much, but boy was I wrong! These aren't your typical, cheap, low-grade knock-offs. These lenses are surprisingly very high quality and precision crafted. They arrived boxed in commercially branded packaging and sealed in plastic along with helpful product literature. It also includes a Revant branded, soft microfiber drawstring bag for your glasses that double as a lens cloth. Revant has obviously invested significantly in establishing its brand and distinguishing itself as a quality supplier of aftermarket Oakley lenses, which seems to be evident in the quality of their products.You should definitely check out their website before you purchase. I was very impressed. In terms of fit and function, the lenses snap in very easily and fit perfectly with no gaps, bulges, or distortion to the frames. I highly recommend watching the demo video on their website BEFORE attempting to replace your lenses to minimize risk of damage to either your frames or scratching your new lenses. These lenses are noticeably thinner than the OEM Oakley lenses, but still fit perfectly. They are considerably darker than my original lenses which was a plus for me. The polarization is exceptional and immediately noticeable upon wearing. Visual clarity, definition, light contrast, and glare reduction are significantly improved. For those who are not accustomed to wearing polarized lenses, it may take a few hours to get used to these slight visual changes, but once you do, it's really hard to go back to regular unpolarized lenses. In summary, these are superior replacement lenses for my Oakley Fives Squared frames in terms of fit, function, and value. They are as good, if not better than my original lenses when considering these factors. === UPDATE === I've been wearing my new Revant lenses now for about 3 months and I absolutely LOVE them!!! I can't leave the house and won't get on the road without them. I love them so much that I bought two more sets for my other two pairs of Oakley Fives 2.0's!

Great set of lenses to replace my 2 year old original non-polarized lenses that I accidentally scratched by dropping them onto concrete. Upgraded to the elite lenses and really like the improvement over the originals. Fit perfectly and they pop into place in seconds. Third set I have purchased for my two frames-- Kiwanda blue for winter--still haven't gotten them out in the snow to test them out...mother nature just hasn't provided the wintery wonderland yet. -Update- the Kiwanda blue lens worked great in the snow. Very pleased with the performance. Glare reduction off the snow was noticeable... made the hike very comfortable- no eye strain. BurnSide Black for the bright summer sun here--great for driving. Last summer I could really tell the difference--noticeable glare reduction improvement even over my replacement polarized lenses but they can get a little overly dark at sunset. And finally a set of polarized brown for a more neutral pair of sunglasses when you just want to hang out. Bought yet another set...Owyhee Red Elite for the upcoming spring/summer sun... hiking lenses. Wasn't expecting to buy more, but the Kiwanda Blue Elite worked so well in the snow, I figured I give these a shot too. Fit well, no issues. We'll see how they work in the bright summer sun in a couple of months...

So I just got my replacement 5^2 lenses from Revant. They were delivered on time and were a perfect fit for my oakleys, but I accidently ordered Polarized lenses. Please be aware that if you order polarized lenses and have never used them before you are in for a big surprise. Lights are different, colors change and LCD screen becomes impossible to see in portrait also looking thru tinted windows while driving can be a headache. I have read a lot of reviews saying , I saw rainbows and colors were different they were not right, that's problaply because they never used polarized lenses before. So my main warning is if you have not actually tried Polarized lenses then don't buy them until you try them, stick to non polarized. I am returning the polarized ones for non polarized. I will update after I receive my new Mirror finished non polarized replacements from Revant.

Excellent replacement lenses for Oakley's Fives Squared sunglasses. High quality, reasonably priced and very easy to install. I warmed up the frames with a hair dryer to increase pliability. Highly recommended!!!

**UPDATE** After a bad first order there amazing customer service more than made up for it, I received my replacement lenses in perfect condition this time. The new Revant dark black polarized lenses are a good deal darker than my Oakley polished grey lenses, I have not noticed any halo effects or eye strain so far, they are very neutral, they seem to be a quality lens and not a over priced china lens. would defiantly recommend buying, I have a set of HC3 Elite lenses in the mail and fixing to order a set of the gold lenses, I'll update after I try those out. Box arrived torn as well as packaging, after further inspection I noticed that I was shipped 2 left lenses! The left lens did fit good, a tad bit tighter than the OE lens and was a bit darker. I can't comment on how they see, as the replacement was darker and made it harder focus, I will reorder and update as soon as I get 2 lenses that fit. Oakley lenses are the polished grey, Revant lenses where the dark black polarized.

I am uncertain what the negative reviews are about. I ordered a set of clear and the black lenses (together less than the price of the Oakley's)for my Five's and the snap right in, are perfectly clear...I mean they are what I wanted....replacement lenses! They fit perfectly. No issues. I wear my sunglasses every single day. Even on cloudy days. I have worn them in every type of tactical environement, casual and just for fun. These lenses are fine and I will order them again without hesitation. They arrived in a nice little box, came with the little bag you store you eyepro and seem to be every bit as good a quality as the original manufacturers product - just less expensive. I would rather save money and replace my lenses more often. Great product. If you are on the fence, just try em. I was nervous too and seriously...they're fine.

The shipping was quick. While I have not installed them, they look like they will fit and the coloring is right. I just bought new glasses and wanted backup lenses because I’m hard on sunglasses, so it may be years before I use these. It was an easy purchase by using the website to match the frame number with the lens number.

Good lenses. They fit perfectly in my Oakley Fives Squared. Easy to install too. Are these as good as my original lenses? No, but they're pretty darn good quality. Definitely a step above lenses that come on the cheap sunglasses you buy at a drug store or Target. I will say, the black is a little darker that I had hoped. I find my self taking them off more often that I would other lenses.

non conosco le differenze fra le lenti normali e le elite, ma devo dire che queste sono estremamente ben fatte. si montano in due minuti (letteralmente, basta guardare i video su youtube) e sono otticamente molto buone, ben contrastate, forse un pelo più scure delle originali. Da vedere la durata nel tempo.
