Are these the “comfort blend” or did they stop making those?

I believe these are the last and only of comfort blend I ordered on Amazon might be the only place to get them now, the stores that say that have it rarely ever have all the sizes.

Is this a miltupack? The picture has three pair, but that's not mentioned in the description.
