Promising Omega-3 Supplement
don't usually eat fish, so I knew I needed to take omega-3 supplements. After a lot of research, I settled on Nordic Naturals because it's a reputable brand. I've only been taking these for a few days, so I can't yet tell if there's a difference in my body. I may need to update this review later. So far, here's what I can share: the supplements come in soft gels, but they are a bit large, which might be difficult for some people to swallow. Contrary to my expectations, I didn't experience a lot of burping, and when I did, there was no fishy taste at all. Instead, it has a light lemon flavor, which makes it easy to take. Overall, it's been a positive experience so far!

Honestly, this is one of the easiest omega supplements I’ve taken. Nordic Naturals Complete Omega Xtra (lemon) has no fishy aftertaste at all, which already puts it way ahead of most fish oil pills. The soft gels are easy to swallow (not huge, not gross), and the light lemon flavor makes them pretty painless to take every day. I also like that it’s omega-3s plus omega-6 and 9. It feels like you’re actually getting something solid without having to take a bunch of capsules.
