Great for Çiğ Köfte
This is great for çiğ köfte and was packaged well. I bought it for my wife to make some Turkish Cuisine we miss. This exceeded our expectations. We will buy more from the seller.

OPEN PACKAGE
At first, I was unhappy that I’d neglected to notice that this bulgur is whole wheat, but, at a time like this, it would be foolish to discard food. As I opened the outer packaging, I noticed some grains of bulgur in the bottom of the outer wrapper; upon closer inspection, there is a slit near the seam at the top of the package. I expect a refund or a replacement. I took photos, but don’t see an option to upload them.
