This tea is delicious it helps your stomach digest and work properly it is good for you . I have one or two cups a day

I drink 3-4 cups of tea per day. One in the afternoon and two in the evening. This one I drink in the evening. It’s relaxing and delicious! I add my collagen and a lil bit of stevia (to help mask the collagen. The aroma of the fig is almost all you need from this tea. Will keep in my evening rotation.
