Its okay they are very uncomfortable, the one for the front folds and doesn't give you enough support

Too small
I only used the front board and it's too small. After lipo tummy is like playdoh and after using this board I noticed that it created a crease mid abdomen literally the outline of the top of the board and now I have an awkward dip. Spend the money on a bigger board, your massage person may have some or can point you in the right direction this one is too small, do not purchase.

Back board useless
The back board do not stay in place, do not give the compression it needs under the compression garment. Ab board worked fine.
