And after building my Linux-based gaming computer inside it, I'm happy to say it's even better than I imagined. The ample room inside the case made it easy to work with, and I appreciate the two hard drive bays and fun addition of stickers. While the metal parts can be a bit delicate, with careful handling and assembly, it's not a major issue. The only minor quibble I have is that the power button can be a bit finicky, but it's not a big deal. Overall, I highly recommend the GOLDEN FIELD Q3056-Y Mini ITX PC Case to anyone who wants a unique, attention-grabbing, and functional addition to their gaming setup. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

If it isn’t obvious already you should only be considering buying this case if having a computer that looks more like a mini-fridge from Urban Outfitters than a typical gaming rig appeals to you. But can a novice PC builder use this case to put together a moderate gaming build with limited problems and frustration? Absolutely. This was my first PC build and I have a Ryzen 3600 and Gefore 1660 running happily in it now. I’d estimate this is about equal in quality to a $40-$50 black box case and the rest you are paying for style. If that sounds like a good deal read on and I’ll go through my cons with the case. The biggest flaw is it comes with zero instruction! Not even Ikea style diagrams of how to pull it apart. When I first got the case, it took a me a few minutes to figure out how the side panels pulled out. I only realized the front and top panels were removeable after reading another review here. (they are secured by plastic clips. You have to pull/push until the clips release.) The SSD mounts are not ideal. I’m not sure how the one behind the motherboard is supposed to work at all. I used the one near the front of the case. It was a pain to screw in. I ended up taping the drive in place while I put in the screws. If I had to do it over again, I would just use a M.2 drive directly attached to the motherboard. If your budget/hardware/requirements make that not an option for you, I would get a 3.5-inch drive bay to 2.5-inch drive adapter and use the 3.5-inch bays in the case which are quite usable. Now for the things mentioned in other reviews which while they are faults don’t bother me personally: The case has little thought given to cable management. And in fact, the SSD position I used is right by the pass throughs for the main power cables, so you end up with an extra SATA cable there which really could have been somewhere else. That said I used a non-modular power supply in my build and everything is hooked up. The biggest reason this doesn’t bother me is it’s an opaque case so 99% of time the mess of cables is out of sight and out of mind. Yes, the materials on the case are flimsy. The paint has worn away already by the thumbscrews for the sides, but the thumb screws cover that up so it doesn’t bother me. I wouldn’t trust the plastic clips on the front and top panels to hold up to repeated use, but realistically you never going to need to remove them more than a few times. I did bend the bar splitting the PCI slots when I was removing the meatal filling the slot, but not badly enough that I couldn’t just bend it back. Airflow is bad with all but one of the fan positions are right against solid panels. But using the stock coolers on my components and one exhaust fan I’ve been able to game quietly without noticeable heat buildup. So yeah, it’s not a great case. But it’s workable case that looks completely different than a typical case.

I got this case for a laugh because it was on sale. Unique looking and fun, but super cheap build quality and not well thought out. If you want a simple, funny build, go for it. But I would never have paid full price for this. I don't expect it to last.

I know there was a youtube video that a guy made who really tried to ramp up the drama around how much he hated this chassis, but I believe that's just a case of "I need views" youtube syndrome. I'm not insulting the guy, I know exactly how youtube works and you can't blame anyone for attempting to make content interesting. I loved building a 5600G based rig for my mom. It's a cute case, with fairly decent airflow for something like this. The only small issue is that the back panel could be a bit thicker. Some of the metal is very easily bent. Not an issue once the entire thing it built, but can be problematic if you have less delicate handling. Overall, I really liked this case and it looks awesome. I don't know why the case the guy on the YT video looked two toned. The one I received had no such issue.

For the price, this is a pretty good cute pc case. There are honestly very few PC cases on the market that look so adorable, most cases are either white or black. Some of the metal was kind of thin And easily bendable and the front panel was pretty difficult to get off but nothing too crazy. Just for it’s uniqueness I would easily buy again from this company

I did not love to color so I ended up spray painting the case navy blue and hand painting the legs to look like wood. I absolutely love it and the subtle rainbow underneath is also very cute. Fits un nicely with the other mid century modern furniture in my home

This case is thinner than some I have used in the past. It won't take a lot of abuse, but it comes apart and goes back together cleanly. Running your power wiring will be tricky - there is very little room on the back side, so flat wired and/or modular power supplies will be best here. There are opening in good places, so I was able to router everything, it is just tight. Everything is yellow, which is the only reason you would buy this case. The drive caddies are yellow plastic, the rubber feet on the bottom are yellow. OK, the thumbscrews are silver and the internal wiring isn't yellow. So the value is 5 stars if you value the yellow! There are no instructions, but after asking a question here, I hooked the bottom ARGB strip to both power and my motherboard's 5V ARGB 3 pin connector, and Aura sync is working perfectly. Cool effect. Out of the box, one of the RGB strip connectors had the reset switch plugged in to it. Not sure what is going on there, but you need to unplug that. Yes, the cooling is a bit goofy. There are pretty small vents and the front is solid, so you aren't going to get front-to-back airflow. I have a single 120mm exhaust fan in the back, and this is holding the same temps as my old case which did have good front-to-back airflow. Stock Intel fan and AMD 5700xt.

The color was alot of fun and the case would serve ok as a light use PC due to ventilation. One major issue was one SSD mount was too thin for any SSD I have ever seen. 2nd Issue is I recommend an SFX PSU with an ATX adapter or PSU with flat cables or cables that are individual wires due to major constraints of space for cable management. You could also drill the rivets out and remove the 3.5 drive cage. I must say the description and pictures are a bit misleading especially with the SSD mount (As described and depicted at the time of purchase) and I did not keep the case. This case may be worth a try at a 30-40 dollar pricepoint as it does not feel like whoever designed it ever built a PC but the color is fun and the outward design has an interesting retro "Jetsons" type of look.

the case is really cute and a perfect size for where i’m putting it in my room. i wanted a cheap, fully enclosed pink case and this was a great option compared to spending around $130 or more. the photo doesn’t have all of the backings on yet, but it’s a cute colour and looks great when fully put together! shipping was fast as well and it matches my keyboard perfectly. i only had one issue with it and it’s that i haven’t been able to get the LEDs on the bottom to work at all. hopefully i can figure it out soon but otherwise it’s super cute!

If you *really* like the design (and that little panda guy is really cute!), you could do worse, but this is far from the first case I would be recommending to a new builder. The cable management options are at least a little better than some of the cheapest case models on Amazon, so you can have a cleaner look internally than the most budget cases. The LED strip along the bottom of the case lights up nicely and doesn't require an ARGB header on your motherboard or anything like that. The quite tall feet give the power supply plenty of breathing room which is welcome. However, the construction materials are mostly as cheap as you would expect from a case of the £25-30 range and there are no exceptional functional features that cause it to stand out. The airflow is also very poor, with a totally solid front and top panel. I wouldn't want to put any CPU over 95W TDP in the case, or any GPU over 150W or so; I think it would get very toasty in there. But for the build I did with an i5-4460S and Quadro K620, for some basic light gaming, it worked just fine. Overall, if you are looking for a case for a cute animal enjoyer in your life and you can pick this up for under ~£35, then this can work so long as you aren't expecting to put any high power consumption components in it.

I bought this case for my brother cause his PC needed a new home, and once he saw this case he had to have it. Airflow & cable management isn't bad at all. RGB strip on the bottom is a nice touch & building in it is really easy

This case looks great. Its pink color POPS just the right way IRL. Most of all, it makes my girl happy. However, building in this case was very difficult to say the least. It's clear that no attention was given to airflow design or cable management. Even basic tasks like taking off the front panel gave me blisters. Having said that, if you are buying this case for looks, do it. If you are doing anything more than light gaming, be wary due to lack of fresh air intake. PROS: - the case looks dope - it's decently sturdy - not too expensive in comparison to other pink cases CONS: - very hard to cable manage - almost zero air intake - weird plastic hard drive mounts - oddly placed 2.5" SSD mounts

I only bought this case because it was a small form factor and it was PINK,the ventilation needs some work and you REALLY need to buy some filters for your fans when you install them but this case manages pretty well with good fans, buy it! :D
