Does what it's supposed to. Makes for a very good seal under some pretty hot (80°- 95°C) water using automotive 'Gasket Maker' which ensures a leakproof fit.! Using several of them for thermal heat mass storage as they do a job which they really weren't designed and supposed to do. Best priced at under four bucks. Enjoy...

Used for making a pig watering barrel. While tightening, one of the nuts broke in half. Now I have to locate another nut locally so my pigs will be able to use their waterer.

I love these connectors. They are well made and you can put a lot of torque on them to tighten them up. None of mine leak.

worked good, one of the nuts was broke, a new one was shipped out the next day and haven't had any issues.
