Greatest Hits

This CD was delivered on Christmas Eve by Amazon.com. The Boston Greatest hits CD contains most of the best recordings of the band Boston. This CD is kept in the car to be played when the favorite radio stations are out of range. The band started out as a studio band in the basement recording studio with only two band members and blossomed into a traveling band playing to crowds of fans. A must have for Boston fans.

The definitive collection for Boston

I was never a CD person, even before MP3's became the norm for listening to artists. I do have some artists I'm willing to buy and keep CD's on though, and when my small CD book was stolen from my car a month ago, this was one of the few I regretted losing. I love Boston, and this album gets me singing along just as much as any bit of pop I used to listen to when I was a kid in the late 90's. It has all the classics, and a couple of new songs including a new single that added itself to my favorites list the first time I heard it, Higher Power. The harmonics and the guitar solos/duets from Boston just get my musical side pumped, and I'm glad to not be without this Greatest Hits album again!

Awesome CD, exactly as described and it sounds great on my car stereo. Fast shipping. I'll def be making more purchases in the future.

A great album by one of the best bands from the era of the best music ever produced

・初期の頃は、トムショルツが一人でサウンドを作っていた ・トムショルツが完璧主義者で、アルバムのリリース間隔が８年に１回だった 等、幾多の逸話を持つボストンのグレイテストヒッツ集です もちろん、ボストンの名盤というと、とりわけ、１ｓｔ、２ｎｄの名声が高いのですが、３ｒｄ以降には、大ヒット曲があるので、こちらを選んだ次第です 久しぶりに聞き返しましたが、やはり、分厚いサウンドは、今もって健在で、心地がいいですね 後、レビューの中に、「ｔｒ１が『ＴＥＬＬ ＭＥかどうか』」、よくわからない記述がありますが、実際、私が購入したものは「ＴＥＬＬ ＭＥ」でしたので、「ＴＥＬＬ ＭＥ」ファンの方は、ご心配なく 初代ボーカルが亡くなってしまっていますし、恐らく、ボストンの再結成はないと思いますので、過去、聴かれていた方には、良いアルバムではないでしょうか

j'ai récemment acheté en CD d'occasion la version du CD de 1997 avec 4 titres inédits à l'époque dont "Tell Me. Avec pour 1997 un très bon (pour du Hard Rock) DR moyen de 9 (entre 7 et 11 dont 3 titres au dessus de 9). En 2009, Tom Scholz décide de remasteriser cet album en remplaçant "Tell me" par "I Had a Good Time" sorti en 2002. Le DR moyen est moins bon: 8 (entre 7 et 9). Le CD de 2009 a un avantage pour moi, "I Had a Good Time" est meilleur que "Tell me" mais pour les autres titres je préfère la sonorité de 1997…

Consegna puntuale e precisa da Amazon, articolo in perfette condizioni sia case in plastica che CD privi di qualsiasi tipo di danno. Che dire, il CD suona bene, se non conoscete i Boston o non avete niente di questa band, potete cominciare una loro discografia partendo da questo, così da capire se il genere vi piace, ma per qualità di incisione ed artistica, non credo che ci si possa rimanere scontenti. Lo consiglio ad occhi chiusi a chi piace il rock anni '70-'80. 5 stelle per me, tutte meritate, conoscevo solo un paio di brani di questa ottima Band, probabilmente cercherò di farmi l'intera discografia, dopo aver ascoltato questo Greatest Hits.
