Will these rust if kept in a steamy bathroom?

I'm not sure they would since they are made of plastic with only the hook as metal. They certainly would be worth trying since they hold the clothing articles securely.

Can I hang these in a doorway? I bought some other brand and the hook is not long enough to hang over the top of a doorway while it dries

How much weight are the hangers rated to hold?

These plastic hangers can hold a leather jacket easily. I found that as the hangers age they do tend to get brittle and will break if mishandled or with too much weight on them.
