I wish there was a better tutorial with experiments that one could attempt
The board and Xilinx software works well. I wish there was a better tutorial with experiments that one could attempt. The current book available is helpful but if you are stuck it is difficult to find a solution and to see what one is missing.

Required software discontinued by Xilinx; worthless without it.
This apparently requires the Xilinx ISE WebPACK. However, that was discontinued in 2013. Newer software doesn't support the older chips and their software doesn't run on Windows 10 or CentOS 7 (i.e. RHEL 7) - only Windows 7 and apparently older versions of RHEL (perhaps 5 or 6?).Without this software, this device is unusable - which isn't Papilio's fault, but any potential buyers should be aware.
