These are just as good as any of the big name brands. I love shortbread cookies. They are nice and soft and easy in my mouth. These particular ones have a little firmness to them, but I like them very much.

I was really looking forward to these shortbread cookies, but I was disappointed. The cookies tasted stale right out of the tin and lacked the rich, buttery flavor I usually associate with good shortbread. The texture was dry and crumbly in an unpleasant way, almost like they’d been sitting on the shelf too long. Even the tin, which looks nice, couldn’t make up for the quality inside. For the price, I expected something fresher and more flavorful. I ended up tossing most of them because no one in my family enjoyed them. Definitely won’t be buying these again.

Amazon cookies, pecan shortbread are a good buy, great taste, same cookies, good size, medium addictiveness, no filling just pecans, have sugar, different cookie selection.

I was looking forward to these cookies but was really disappointed. They tasted stale with a bitter aftertaste and soft in texture. However, today, I decided to put a few of the cookies in the oven for a few minuites. It made it crunchy and took away the stale taste but the bitter aftertaste still remained. I will not buy these anymore but at least I don't have to throw them away now.

These are good cookies. The price is of value also. They are not soft if you're looking for soft. They are crunchy.

But the packaging is horrible. Both ends of these cookies were opened in transit 😳 the reason I know this is bc I snapped a cookie from both ends and it was crispy. The box was the first time I received a badly packaged Amazon order in a long time. Happy belly has gone downhill since the start of going live with the brand. Most things are very bland. The packaging is the worst brand on any off brand I have ever bought. And I’ve bought a lot in my 54 years 😆 I did try it just for the review. One cookie from mid section and I’m going to go out on a limb and say; first HB brand that’s actually good. I live where this Cookie got it’s start. But they are called sand dollars. My aunt makes them every year for Christmas. The pecan is ground just right. But, even putting the cookies back in the very thing bag, the next day I tried the snap test, and they failed. Miserably. In other words; you will have to eat the whole cookie container in one day, or face them going stale the next. I did put them in a large ziplock bc the ends were split over each end. Put them in a better container and this could be rated better. Side note: the only other HB product I enjoy so far is the chips sour cream and onion flavor. But don’t order anymore bc the cost has doubled since it hit the market. I stay with wal mart plus more now than AP, bc the price is the same for same day deliveries.
