You can call the company ( Surya Brasil ). I have brown hair with lots of gray so when I used golden brown I had blue coming through. I called the company and they said to use ash blonde (full bottle) and add a few ounces of black and I have been using ever since. It turns my hair golden brown. I have been using it for many years now!

How do you leave it on? Does cream thicken hair like the powder?

This is a cream. Apply with gloves, then cover with a plastic shower cap or use the one enclosed.
